Your credit card information is requested in order to guarantee the reservation. The card will not be charged until the day of the reserved event. You will be able to pay for the event on premises.
The reservation can be cancelled without penalty until 24 hours prior to the reservation date. Beyond that term, if you or your group does not arrive for the reserved events, the entire cost of the events reserved will be charged to your card.
Reservations can be cancelled only by sending an email to booking@monterinaldi.it.
The cancellation request (1) must be emailed from the email address used to book the reservation, and (2) must include the Voucher Code received with the reservation confirmation. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
With reference to the timeframe for cancellation, the date of the email will determine the acceptability of the cancellation request.
